By registering for or using Hound ("Service"), provided by Hound Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Hound provides automated website monitoring, price tracking, stock restock notifications, SSL certificate verification, cron heartbeat monitoring, and visual page change detection dispatches via webhooks, email, and instant messaging channels.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Hound offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Team). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard billing portal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hound to crawl or monitor target websites in violation of applicable laws, perform denial-of-service attacks, or bypass security mechanisms intended to prohibit automated requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hound is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Hound Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or delayed notifications.
