How are monitors counted?

Monitors count both Cron Heartbeat endpoints and SSL Domain checks combined. On Free you get 3 total, on Pro you get 25 total, and on Business you get unlimited monitors.

What is the difference in alert channels across tiers?

Free accounts receive direct email notifications. Pro accounts unlock Webhooks, Slack, and Discord integrations. Business accounts add instant Telegram bot push alerts.

How do public status pages work?

Pro includes a hosted status page on a Pulse subdomain (e.g. yourdomain.pulse.byzo.cc). Business allows you to attach your own custom CNAME domain (e.g. status.yourcompany.com) with automated SSL provisioning.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. There are zero contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your billing portal whenever you wish.
